Today's football game

Weekend memories

This weekend has been the kind that a family will remember forever. Friday night we had our typical "movie" night and then Steve and I had a quiet evening by the firepit. Saturday we had two football games then came home to relax together, all of us napping and hanging out. In the evening we lit the fire again and roasted hot dogs and made s'mores. Our friends, Brett and Denise came over and Robbie played with the boys. It was fun to sit and chat with friends! The kids camped out by the fire and slept in tents. Sweet memories for them!

Today we had football all-star Tryouts and our last baseball tryout. Then we came home to rest and relax. Now we are eating pizza and watching the colts.

When I left work on Friday, I promised myself I'd take the weekend off of school and relax some. I've only worked on stuff around the house, and haven't thought about work at all. :-) Here are some pictures I've taken since I blogged yesterday:
