All Better!

Nolan's surgery to put in his tubes went very well. He was such a good boy this morning and didn't really even act as if anything out of the ordinary had happened today. The procedure was so quick that he was simply away from us for 15 minutes. And he honestly was groggy for like 5 minutes and then was back to good 'ol Nolan! We brought him home and he played for a couple hours despite having been up since 5 a.m.! I'm so proud of our little trooper!
Here's the little guy trying to stave off his hunger this morning!

Relaxing with Daddy! He was so somber in his arms.

"Mom, I do not want to lay down!" I only took this picture for dramatic effect! They carried him away and carried him back. The only bed he had to lay on was in the OR.

Looking at ourselves in the mirror. Trying not to think about being hungry!
The sleepy big brothers watching cartoons in the room. They really didn't like waiting for their breakfast either! But they were so good to Nolan. And so glad that we let them be involved in what was going on with their "baby brother." They are such protectors!
